Shipping policy
Digital Products:
- Our digital products, including guided meditations and sound therapies, are delivered electronically and are non-returnable. All sales for digital products are final.
Print On Demand Products:
- For Print On Demand products, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will process a replacement or refund. Returns must be reported within 30 days from the purchase date.
Physical Products:
- Returns of physical products are accepted only if the item arrives damaged. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
